Everything Benefits suck Worst Sr. Management (no one does the walk the talk), they say something and do exactly the opposite, preaches lot of stuff and they never follow what they preach Culture is worst: every senior leader uses bad language and do not have respect for others. If they use filthy language, storm out of the meetings it is all fine. However, if someone else stand up to what they believe in and for the success of the company then they become hostile and will be shown the door. Ridiculous politics for such a small size company. Licking Up, Be a Yes Man & Backstabbing are the main skill sets you need to survive in this company and those are the people who flourish there They squeeze blood out of you to get things done at the speed of light Do not have a strong vision or own identity other than copy/ pasting ideas from other companies it is not just March Madness - It is all the time madness
