      Pros

      Easy Task. Can use the bathroom then return to work. Nice cafeteria. Good benefits.

      Cons

      No sitting during 12 hour shifts. Favoritism between staff. They fired me because they said I smelled like marijuana but also told me I can smoke it on my free time. I was not under any influence. I worked in the chill department so I had to keep my jacket on. And I had a small clip in my pocket. Marijuana is legal in NY state and I was not smoking. But still was fired.

      Pros

      What I loved about this job is getting full ownership over my part of the business, and I know a lot of people stick around because they feel a similar passion and ownership. Even though the company is 25 years old, there are still many areas where a much work is needed and therefore great opportunity for new people to come in and make big impact.

      Cons

      No flexibility for employees to work from home when needed, and terrible PTO package. The family leadership is not transparent, makes questionable business decisions.
