Pros
Great learning environment, get exposed to a lot of interesting problems and projects. The Company is very well positioned in the grocery delivery space and are moving to a new state of the art facility which should offer significant growth. They pay well at least for Corporate and management positions.
Cons
The interesting projects and great learning environment is a result of poor processes and internal controls so depending on how you take to that. Results in a lot of inefficient tasks that don't work well which could be eliminated. Senior management has too many priorities many of which conflict or change to frequently resulting in a lot of projects not being executed well or being started and later abandoned to lack of senior management engagement.
