Pros
Small Company feel/start-up mentality. People tend to work in teams with a next person up mentality. A lot of people who work here have a go-getter mentality offering to help in many different areas that may not be their main responsibility. Its a very fast paced atmosphere so you will never get bored! Moving to a state of the art facility very soon!
Cons
Very fast paced, so if you do not do well with multi-tasking or juggling multiple issues at once you may be challenged or left behind! Work location once here is terrific! But not in Manhattan!
