Pros
Worked with some really talented, fun, team players here. Unfortunately most of them left or were let go.
Cons
This is just my opinion. If you’re desperate for a job, I get it. Everyone needs money. You’ll manage.
But if you don’t find yourself in that unfortunate place, heed this warning.
Extraordinarily toxic environment. Top brass borders on sociopathy, blaming everyone but themselves for business struggles. Relationships with vendors decimated by unpaid and outright refusal to pay invoices.
Absolutely no long-term vision. I suspect this is due to lack of any recognizable corporate/business experience from the higher ups.
You will not find respect here. Or trust. You will not find competitive benefits here (btw, you don’t get memorial or labor day and many other standard holidays off so that’s fun). You will not find coffee or a supplies or free meals that aren’t expired or any of that standard stuff (that’s on you!). You will not find growth. Raises & bonuses? Good luck. You won’t even find a good product to sell here.
You will find blame, financial ambiguity, mistrust, and confusion. People are leaving or being fired regularly. I'd call it death throes but what do I know.
It’s a family-run business. And to that end, always remember you are not family.
Again – this is just my opinion (and a few others). So, do your own homework.
That said, run, don’t walk, away.
