Good work environment. Variety of products and equipment to run. Climate controlled... a little chilly but same year-round. No miserable Summer heat.

Cons

Busy start to every day due to having put everything back together before starting up. Work-to-life balance definitely not a priority.

So many to list. The foreigners are usually the ones put in positions such as machine operators and the Guatemalans getaway with everything. They don't care about their people at this place
