      There many cons, which are so not like a startup! - Very Skewed Policies - No credibility of managers: they will promise on something and will never deliver! - No Project in Pipeline. - They operate with complete randomness

      1) The people are Fresh Gravity are kind, helpful and open to new ideas even from an intern. 2) As an intern, they give you the same level of importance in a project which makes you feel valued. 3) The project workflow was structured which made the experience of working seamless and enjoyable. 4) You get to work on new upcoming technology and develop your skills.
