The leadership team at Fresh Express has great ideas and always pulls through on new projects. There is room for growth for hard working, motivated individuals, and room for advancement.
Cons
Plant personnel do not respect QA team and are hard headed when it comes to GMPs and safety. There is a ceiling where growth stops; it's hard to get promoted to a management or office job.
