- Amazing, kind and talented colleagues - first company I worked at which does not have a formal performance review process. However, feedback is sought and given timely on projects, which is a better way of doing things - Annual bonus more generous than other companies - Lean company that is watchful of expenses. This helps with efficiency and profitability
Cons
- no performance review also means there is no formal career pathing. - Progression is challenging - lean company - few good people do the work of many - poor official communication across departments or from HR or management
