Pros
Working at this restaurant has some good points. It's easy to learn the menu, and the food is tasty. The schedule is very flexible, which is nice. You get to work with your friends.
Cons
There are many bad things too. The place is very messy and disorganized. Training is poor because there's no experienced trainer to help you. Sharing tips isn't fair; some servers don't work hard, so you make less money. There's no set time to eat, which is tough during long shifts. The only benefit is a discount on food, nothing else.
