      Great Company To Progress In - Administrative Frequency Telecom Employee Review

      Pros

      Frequency is a great company to work for if you are trying to gain experience and be exposed to all different parts of the business. I have worked here for a few years now and have dabbled in all different departments which I feel has helped me understand the running of business better. Gareth is a great CEO and always makes time to involve people. The company in general have handled the pandemic really well and I feel working from home has been fine thanks to updates from HR and all staff members working together well.

      Cons

      Frequency I personally feel is better suited for people who can think independently for themselves and get on with the job at hand. Managers will of course always be there if you are unsure on anything or have questions but in general I would not recommend working here if you are after constant guidance and not willing to try things out before asking questions.

      Pros

      Joined the company since 2020 , had learn a lot and achieve a lot. Open mind management team, all can be creative and learn, allow yourself and encourage to develop own talent, silk. I am happy working in the last 5 years.

      Great team member and company to work with and for a long time.
