Another small scale pathetic company - Software Engineer Frequence Employee Review

- Even the salary is good but too much politics by senior management - India head try to keep the environment good but too much blame games by senior people in that company - Too much work pressure - They don’t even care about your planned leave. If anyone is on planned leave then how can he/she will work and they expect you to be available on leaves even after informing them 1 month before - Senior people out there, they don’t have sense how to speak. - They expects you to be online at 11PM even the office hours are 9-5 and if you aren’t then they starts humiliating you in front of everyone
