      First couple years went well

      Cons

      Upper management doesn't know how to speak respectfully to others and are either outright aggressive or passive aggressive. Horrible experience after being happy there for a couple of years. Don't recommend working here if you have integrity and morals.

      Leadership that cares about making improvements for the future. New CEO is shaking things up, in a good way.

      Typical growing pains that comes with change. But nothing that time won't heal.
