      Depending on team, lack of growth opportunities and some senior leadership tend to micromanage. Makes it difficult to gain ownership.

      - large, reputable company - different shows to work on - fun intern activities/workshops

      Cons

      - everyone on the team was remote, besides me (the intern) - wasn’t collaborative work - was not given enough work/didn’t feel useful
