Pros
Freightos is made up of a great international team of talented and motivated (and nice!) people who are working on a really hard and complex mission - i.e. to modernize the Freight industry. They launched an ambitious product/market offering which seemed like a pipe-dream a couple of years ago, but is actually working and creating value for a growing base of customers. At the Jerusalem office there sometimes is the usual inter-team politics that you may find in any start-up, but in general there is a good environment in the office.... (and great fundays approximately twice a year). Management sets high targets and expectations are often hard to achieve but that pushes the team to deliver some great results.
Cons
This is a growing start-up with some aggressive targets. This sometimes translates into pressure and demands for putting in extra time and effort outside of usual work hours.
