      Pros

      Not much to say, besides that you more or less can do what you want.

      Cons

      Worst management I have ever worked with. Completely micromanage the employees. The company culture is horrible. Christmas party had 4 attendees and the president is super cheap. Takes the employees for granted. Dont waste your time to interview with Freightgate !

      It was very friendly. You'll learn a lot and get the opportunity to work alongside full-time engineers.

      Cons

      It was a little stressful. As an intern you start out as unpaid, then you might get paid minimum wage.

      creative lots of energy, quick to deliver

      Cons

      no infrastructure, support is just management who use a different first name answering each email. under 15 employees, no contingency or continuation plans. cannot justify going after big accounts. small private company one man show doesn't disclose financials
