It was a little stressful. As an intern you start out as unpaid, then you might get paid minimum wage.

Paychecks were always on time, other employees were great

Management does not listen to or value the input of employees and believes it is always right 5. Toxic corporate culture 6. More than one former customer complained about treatment by management 7. Product is no longer competitive 8. Management does not invest in the product, infrastructure or growth 9. Management claims to have capabilities that not only does the company not have, it is clear that management does not understand what those capabilities are supposed to be 10. Very few products are fully built, most require significant investment by customers (because management will only build what customers pay it for, and does not build out products on its own) 11. Terrible UI/UX 12. No training 13. Business practices
