      - Starting salaries are very aggressive and inline with market - CEO is very knowledgeable and has hired some great executives

      Cons

      - Titles do not represent your role or responsibilities - This is a short sell - Some teams do not communicate with others and there are huge gaps of leadership on a mid-level

      Small company feel. Casual office environment.

      Cons

      Dysfunctional and self-centered management team. Do not believe the CEO. High turnover. Product is not leading edge.
