Pros

Interesting work, there is always something to learn. It is rewarding to find real solutions to real problems.

Cons

Customer service agents are treated poorly as the focus is on the sales representatives. A lot of the time, if it were not for CSR's, customer relations would go out the window. CSR's are severely undervalued and underpaid.

The company has improved so much over the last year. They really care about employees now. They throw a lot of events that are fun and help you meet people. Food trucks and games all the time. Sales agents make a lot of money with their bonuses. Full benefits. If you show up every day and try, they won't just fire you,

Cons

They don't match your 401k. Only employees' contributions. If you are hourly, you probably won't get yearly raises
