Management consistently overloads employees with unrealistic demands, expecting unpaid overtime and tight deadlines, despite clear understaffing, which leaves teams perpetually burnt out. The boss routinely loses his temper, shouting obscenities, including personal insults. Adding to the frustration, employees waste 15 to 30 minutes every day writing task reports solely to justify their productivity. The two senior leaders fail to communicate effectively, frequently issuing conflicting instructions that force employees to navigate impossible contradictions without clear guidance.
