Micromanagement, no sales and focuses on the same old accounts they have had for years, no one does sales, pay sucks, if you start making good commission they change your plan so its harder to hit, no raises, 2 sick days a year, no time off unless you don't want to get paid for it, insurance pricey with high deductible s and office visits, constant bickering in the office and it's hard to focus.
