      No actual pros are there its the worst company i have worked for

      Cons

      Worst company i have worked for pay scale is too low as compared to peer companies. no pay on time some time sallry delayed by more than 2 months upper management is not interested in their work. CTO dont know anything about how technology is going on team lead is a hard-working guy only.
