      Communication internally can be absent at times - but that's something that can easily be improved. More internal training & career growth opportunities could be provided.

      Freight Club still feels like a new company, so there's a lot of opportunity for growth. Flexible work from home environment; managers do not micromanage.

      Cons

      Lack of communication, especially between departments. Information is not always shared.
