Pros
A few nice other employees, the salary system of incremental increases each year is good. There are very few other pros.
Cons
The scheme is in place to take advantage of some University Leavers - to make them feel they might get a training contract. Very hierarchical, (with certain team members refusing to speak with other team members), in some cases Partners disrespectful (employees shouted at in public on certain occasions), lack of transparency with progression and poor management of certain employees (with feedback given in closeted appraisals in relation to vague points one was unaware of at the time).
