Pros
The company has made mistakes in the past but has listened to feedback from employees and senior management now have ensured that there are professional One 2 One's, Performance Development Plans and I myself am currently working towards a Team Leader Development Plan as part of the Freestart Academy. Everyone makes mistakes but as an employee I feel that Freestart has worked really hard over the last 2 years to ensure the structure has been put in that was needed. There is now a Freestart Academy containing training modules for different aspects of roles and also Freestart have won 'Something to Shout About Award' from Chamber of Commerce showing just how far they have come! I have been here 2 years and have seen a lot of positives from the newly launched websites to the new mobile applications. I believe Freestart are a company that do right by the customer and the employees and have a good heart. I thoroughly enjoy working here.
Cons
Could do with a hot water tub in the kitchen to make it quicker for making cups of tea so not waiting for the kettle.
