Simply put, I love this place. It sounds cliche, but I am genuinely excited to work at Freestar each day. The culture is great, and these are some of the smartest people I've ever met. Growth opportunities and promotions are available, and managers will go to bat for you to help you reach your goals. The 100% remote work environment provides tons of flexibility that many companies are letting go of these days, and there is never a lack of collaboration, synergy, or any other corporate buzzword you'll hear is missing without being in an office setting. Everyone is so willing to help or jump in on a project that you never feel like you're on an island. Opportunities like regional meetups, virtual "buddies", and book clubs help you feel connected to your colleagues, and gives you the opportunity to meet more incredible people. This is hands down my favorite place I have worked in my 15 years in the industry.
