Pros
-Opportunity to work with senior leadership and learn from/get feedback from them -Leadership and managers have been very receptive of feedback and are making clear strides to move forward -True teamwork mentality -Managers are quick to call out and congratulate wins of individual team members -Super friendly employees - the pandemic makes it tough to keep in touch with people on a personal level but HR and individual team leaders have done a good job of creating opportunities for bonding -Quickly growing company and an in-demand, unique offering -Summer hours (half day Fridays), 401K match, great insurance coverage, average PTO & holidays, permanent flexibility to WFH or in office
Cons
The only cons I can think of are actively being fixed right now: -Workload can get heavy sometimes, but they have been hiring more people and seem eager to fix this problem -Lots of process changes to try to solve workload problems in the last year that don't end up sticking. I've noticed a big shift in the last few months with the hire of new senior leadership team members to guide the company in the right direction though.
