Pros
If you are immersed in raising a family and have little time for work, this is the office for you. There are others to take your burden. It is friendly and cheerful in a Bolshevik work farm sort of way.
Cons
This company has no intention of continuing the production of healthcare facilities. If you intend to have a career in engineering or architecture, this is not the place for you. They now sell concepts and master plans because they get sued less often.
