CEO likes to send soul crushing emails and is a micromanager. Managing partner is constantly degrading towards attorneys/staff. The firm has a lot of turnover, which is a legal malpractice risk. The salary is low for the amounts of work that they require you to handle. If you are hired for this position, be prepared for the reception duties, office services, legal assistant and paralegal role. Chris & the managing partner is a large piece of the puzzle that contributes to the high turnover I've seen while I've worked for the firm/office. When you are replacing someone not only will you get your work, but also their work as well. So be prepared to feel like you can never catch up.
