Culture in a state of flux with leadership changes. Benefits are declining. Adding fluff benefits like gym membership discounts, while cost increase and service from provider and within the company decline. Employees receive poor assistance from benefits. Contractors don’t know answers. Other areas in HR recently lost two key individuals that actually helped employees. Leaders don’t appreciate their teams just want to deliver to clients at any cost.
