Needs a reality check - Anonymous employee Freelancer Employee Review

- Everything is expected of you but resources are so limited - Upper management needs to do a reality check when they all want everything at the same time: speed, quality, revenue but with very little resources EVERYONE IS SO STRETCHED. We're all just pretending things will pan out right but we're not actually getting realistic support in getting things done. People are scared to speak up because there's only 1 correct answer.
