Product Manager - Anonymous employee Freelancer Employee Review

Poor leadership. People in leadership positions have very little experience managing teams and projects. Aggressive culture. Probably caused by the poor revenue results over the last few years. Even though the structure is pretty flat, there is hardly any collaboration and no mentorship whatsoever from managers. No agile culture. More of an ad-hoc/chaotic culture topped by long hours of work which makes it a very unproductive environment. Salary is way below market average. The kitchen is tiny. You will have to go downstairs for lunch or eat at your desk.
