Fun learning hard working environment - Marketing Representative Freelance Management Group Employee Review

They have a great team of people. Everyone is young and motivated. You learn a lot. I no longer work with Freelance now that I'm back in school but I still have a relationship with the team members and I'm really glad I got the opportunity to work with them. I grew so much in my short time working at Freelance and I appreciate everyone that helped in my development. If you're looking to learn business and put yourself in a really good situation, you're looking at the right place to go to.

It's a lot of hard work. The program is pretty advanced. I don't personally see this as a con but I know a lot of people don't always appreciate hard work and typically want to do less and get more. That's not how it works here. The harder you work, the more rewarding it is.

There are simply no pros to this.

This is not a real marketing company and their product they have employees sell from 8-6, Monday through Friday is very low quality makeup. This company used to be Diamond Inc. which has tons of horrible reviews. They change their business name often to hide who they are. They advertise for "Entry Level Assistant Manager, " but when you show up they say you can become that in the future but you have to sell makeup door to door first for 6 months.
