Where do I begin? - For a small organisation individuals like to group together in cliques and are not very welcoming to new staff if you are not within their team. -Toxic personality traits of some managers/team leaders (particularly in Ground Rent department is overlooked)instead such traits to be sanctioned -People like to display their personal attitude problems in the office place under the disguise of workload stress as if all employees aren't in the same boat. -Hr? well there is no HR apart from one person, so most of you personal queries i.e holiday request/bonus review have to be chased constantly as only one person makes up the whole HR department. - Higher management and directors don't really care about how their employees and are more concerned with maintaining their property portfolio in order to keep receiving their management fees. - Quite a hostile and dreary working environment/ team culture if I am honest -The salary is not great

Nice working environment, people are treated with respect and everyone is trying to get on with others.

Not many opportunities for career progression within the company. Low salary. Mnagement is formally open to feedback but it is seldom taken on board.
