The people make Freeformers. The values are credible and actually make sense for once and there is a real sense of shared vision among the majority of staff.

The vision is better than the reality, for everything that is spouted the investment in the values is fleeting. There is little to no direction from leadership, most dump things on teams and vanish appearing only to critique rather than lead or develop. But that's what happens when treat your staff like your children rather than intelligent employees. The business direction is fairly short sighted and strategy missing. When a business relies on one of the owners calling up their mates for work (after five years of next to no profit) the approach is clearly flawed. It's also more baffling when staffing levels are increased to support work that hasn't been secured, and later those people are dumped unceremoniously.
