Pros

During my short-term visit, I met some good people there. However, they lack decision-making authority within the company and are likely to face termination. Since they do this with almost everyone who's near a 6-month period and not an Armenian. There was an exception; they fired a good boss guy. He was Armenian, and he was smart enough to see it coming.

Cons

Picture this: you finish a user story, ask for another, and their managers ignore you. It's insane. They do mimic Agile; it's very poor management in general. In my 11 years of experience, I've never seen such a poor organisational level. I've never witnessed such a deficient attitude or work ethic. The project itself is a mess: zero unit testing, zero following of best practices, and it's just a very, very bad copy-paste code, zero security. And I'm sure they will not reach it in the coming years, not even at a startup level of Binance. They did fire good project managers and kept the bad one who didn't care about the product at all. Don't work remotely for them in any case. They'll say anything to you to make it seem nice and give you good feedback, but they don't care. This company is led by amateurs. ZERO JOB STABILITY.

Pros

Well-organized workplace where priorities are clear and teams stay aligned. Management treats employees with respect and trusts them to manage their responsibilities. Positive atmosphere — people are approachable and communication feels natural rather than forced. Stability combined with forward-thinking strategy, which creates confidence about the future. Employees are encouraged to share ideas, and good suggestions are taken seriously. Healthy level of autonomy that allows you to structure your work .

Cons

Because standards are high, the company looks for people who are proactive and solution-oriented — this may challenge those who are used to constant direction. The company is continuously improving and raising the bar, so there is an expectation to keep developing your skills (great for career growth, but not ideal for someone seeking a very low-pressure role).

Pros

You’re given real responsibility early, which helps you grow quickly if you’re proactive. The leadership is generally approachable and open to feedback. The team is talented and motivated, and people are usually willing to help each other out. There’s room to suggest new ideas and try things, especially if you show initiative. It’s a fast-paced environment that rewards those who are hands-on and solution-oriented.

Cons

Things move quickly, and priorities can shift, so it takes some adaptability. Processes are still being built in some areas, which means you often need to figure things out as you go. There’s not always a clear roadmap, but if you’re proactive and comfortable with some ambiguity, it can actually be a good opportunity to shape how things are done.
