Pros

Very hard to pick in a truly unbiased manner. Possibly a few good co-workers who try their best in complete chaos.

Cons

This is one of the strangest organisations if it can be called one. The founders/ owners have no idea about the industry and operate blindly. Barring a few diligent workers, the C-Suite lacks spine and possibly other opportunities/ are making the best of what they can milk. They operate as 'yes men' and possibly that works with the management. There is lack of transparency and also an atmosphere of distrust. Most importantly a complete lack of ethics and a 'hiring and firing policy' with utter disrespect. It is hard to tell the source of funding and/or why the founders want to do this so called project which makes the entire operation highly suspicious. Let alone vision/ industry knowledge/ credentials, the founders lack basic business sense. Employees are randomly fired without any explanation/ performance issue in the most humiliating manner and the next few days the same roles that were supposedly redundant will be advertised. Only one nationality is immune from any questioning, despite serious performance issues and the reason why the project hasnt taken off.

Pros

Well-organized workplace where priorities are clear and teams stay aligned. Management treats employees with respect and trusts them to manage their responsibilities. Positive atmosphere — people are approachable and communication feels natural rather than forced. Stability combined with forward-thinking strategy, which creates confidence about the future. Employees are encouraged to share ideas, and good suggestions are taken seriously. Healthy level of autonomy that allows you to structure your work .

Cons

Because standards are high, the company looks for people who are proactive and solution-oriented — this may challenge those who are used to constant direction. The company is continuously improving and raising the bar, so there is an expectation to keep developing your skills (great for career growth, but not ideal for someone seeking a very low-pressure role).

Pros

You’re given real responsibility early, which helps you grow quickly if you’re proactive. The leadership is generally approachable and open to feedback. The team is talented and motivated, and people are usually willing to help each other out. There’s room to suggest new ideas and try things, especially if you show initiative. It’s a fast-paced environment that rewards those who are hands-on and solution-oriented.

Cons

Things move quickly, and priorities can shift, so it takes some adaptability. Processes are still being built in some areas, which means you often need to figure things out as you go. There’s not always a clear roadmap, but if you’re proactive and comfortable with some ambiguity, it can actually be a good opportunity to shape how things are done.
