The flip side of opportunity is that they have to be earned. This isn't a place where promotions happen because you've been here the longest; FreedomPay is genuinely a meritocracy. It may not be the right fit for someone looking for a slow pace with a lot of downtime.

Free food in the office

This place was legit the worst place I’ve ever worked at. Be forewarned if you decide to accept a role here. Total confusion and chaos all around. People constantly degrading and talking down to others. Don’t even get me started with certain VPs. Just look elsewhere…..
