      Upper management is a money pit, that is running the company into the ground. The HR person makes a lawyers salary to do layoffs every 3-6 months.

      Good people. Fun environment. CEO is awesome.

      Cons

      Customer service took a STEEP drop off after they took in Private Equity money. Now with the tax credit gone it's a sinking ship.
