As a small company they make sure that I understand everything that's happening here, and can apply my own experience to benefit our clientele. The pay is good, and the bonus system is great They are ale to work with my hours and I can occasionally work from home The autonomy is nice, not being micromanaged is a huge plus Being that the company is smaller, I get to lend myself into other areas of the company. This helps broaden my experience and strengthen my previous experience.
