Pros

Your selling toys, so it is a lot of fun and very easy to interact with customers. Not many sales people so your have plenty of opportunity to sell a lot of units. They do have a pretty solid sales process including sales, parts and service department that works (as long as everyone is on the same page)

Cons

85% of the time all management within the dealership do not work together. It seems like they are very over whelmed and forget about a lot. With there not being many sales people, being over run by customers is a pretty common occurrence.

Pros

drive some of the units, some coworkers are ok

Cons

management is trash. emotional and temperamental. they will be really nice at first, and flat up just become offensive and rude to you in a matter of months. company has penny pinching morals. dingy fork trucks not designed to lift heavy loads, poor tow trucks, poor part organization, etc. training is a joke. hr is a joke. took me 3 calls over 3 days to email me my w-2. benefits arent that great. oh and they make you sign a nondisclosure when you are hired saying you can never talk about the company. i knew that was sketchy the moment they said it.
