Retail being what it is, sometimes we battle difficult customers.

Its good product. Their vehicles are superior.

Owner changes his mind and direction almost daily. He reacts to his self perceived crisis, rather than create and work a long-term plan. He claims he wants to "grow by 20% each year", but there is literally no plan to do so. Micromanagement is a real issue. He gets involved in everything, rather than measure and coach through any concerns he has. Diversity and inclusion do not exist at this company. This is a direct reflection of the owner.
