Senior Manager - Senior Manager Freedom Medical Employee Review

1) Total disregard and respect for all employees who are not at a senior manager level. Treat employees as though they own them 24/7. Employees are not allowed to have a family life on their own time. 2) Pay is well below market value and all competitors - we were pushed to make the employees know that if they wanted or needed more money then work 24 hour shifts, come in and work even if the weather or lack of sleep dictates that it's unsafe. 3) As managers, we were told not to lay anyone off, or let go if business got slow, instead we were to make changes to policies without letting the employees know, once they violated said policies then we had grounds to terminate them. This was to prevent anyone from filing unemployment.
