The director of marketing and product manager are seasoned with experiences and ideas that will take the company to the next level. The company designs lower limb prosthetics for amputees. Products are well designed and manufactured and amputees seem to love them.

I can say working at Freedom was probably one of the worst jobs I have ever had. There is so much tension internally, it was a horrible work atmosphere. The executives are condescending and just down right rude. The underlings are given so much work that they are completely stressed out all the time. Employees complain and gossip all the time. No one is appreciated or recognized for doing a good job, and the pay stinks. They had a major layoff in 2016 and the company was bought by a competitor in 2017. Yes they have a few new managers now, but rumor has it that it hasn't changed a thing.
