Freed Maxick Response
6yHello. We are shocked and gravely disappointed to read this review. Freed Maxick apologizes that this was your negative experience. As an employee with 3+ years’ experience we are sure you knew of all the different channels we offer for employees to express their opinions in a positive and constructive way, and to seek assistance if they are unhappy. Our year-round training programs with internal and external resources have been highly successful, so we are confused by your comments in this area. Our HR Department, charged with handling the utmost confidential information, is one of the many reasons why we are successful and growing. I sincerely wish you would have contacted any Director, our COO, your Performance Advisor or me to talk this through before your departure. What you have posted here is not representative of our Firm. I would welcome the opportunity to further discuss some of the items you’ve mentioned here and encourage you to please reach out.
