      Friendly coworkers and casual work environment

      Cons

      * Long working hours and poor overtime system. * Very poor management. Little to no guidance or performance reviews. * No respect for employees' opinions and insights. The CEO leads with intimidation * Really horrible and unprofessional HR, often make administrative and recording errors that put employees at risk.

      For the most part, you get to teach your own classes, in your own style. Co-workers are all very nice.

      Cons

      They are not very understanding on schedule changes. Things could have a better set up to ensure smooth classes.
