      The company pays its employees very well, feeds us 5 days a week, spends time training each worker and tries to keep hours flexible so people can have a healthy work/life balance.

      Free lunch twice a week, breakfast every day, management is great, games to play all the time, the bonuses are great

      Pros

      The job was quite flexible. There was a lot of opportunities to step into different roles or create something new. A lot of learning, great place to start your career. Free breakfast in office.

      Cons

      Salary didn't necessarily keep up with evolving roles, long hours (9-6). Sometimes you may be expected to work later or hop on to put out a fire.
