Easy job, friendly coworkers, $18/hr if work 5 days, $16/hr if work 4, weekends off, not freezing inside, hardly handle anything frozen

With lack of work, can't notice $18/hr (maybe they hire too many people), they send temps home early while company employees stay to work when possible, mostly Mexicans there so horrible language barrier, only 1st and 2nd shift
