Great startup to work for - Anonymous employee FreeAgent CRM Employee Review

Working at FreeAgent has a great experience for me. No outbound calling to me is amazing. There are good inbound leads already to work with and many meetings are pre-set. I had never learned so much as quickly at another company. Such big support from marketing and the other leaders too is not something I was ever used to experiencing before. Even when very new it was welcome to contribute ideas and question things. Opinions from us who are working directly with customers are considered very valued here. I believe the CEO is very smart and he has succeeded before at creating a successful company. It feels like big things are soon going to be happening at this company.

It takes a long time to learn everything. They used to have fun events many times a year but not really anymore.

Lots of opportunities to work on projects to contribute to company growth.

Full remote which makes teamwork on some items difficult
