      Pros

      Paid well, interesting projects. Great coffee in the head office from the coffee roasting house across the road. Fast internet

      Cons

      terrible management with no interest in hearing new ideas from staff. At the annual conference the boss told a story about a workers balls hanging out the bottom of his shorts in an office full of women. Apparently the women "loved it". Nepotism is ripe and the gossiping is woeful. Forgot to mention the clock watchers, don't leave 2 mins early.

      Salary on time You can have your space

      Cons

      They can and will get rid of you on the worst inhumane way. Office politics are not hidden and are discrete. People can show they care but never make friends with anyone. You will be over worked and still be treated the worst. HR are not your friends, they will get you in trouble, please engage with work safe or a lawyer or a union.
